Kids' Spring 2025 Writing Workshop: "Passport to Creativity" (In-Person) SUNDAYS
In this 6-week SPRING 2025 Kids’ Writing Workshop, entitled: “PASSPORT TO CREATIVITY”, we will explore a DIFFERENT AUTHOR/BOOK EACH WEEK to inspire our own writing! Delightful books—and great writing—ignite the imagination, taking our own writing to new heights!
Each Workshop session is designed to inspire writing through themed writing lessons, as we explore different books and writing styles—unlocking our creativity as we go! After a read-aloud from a mentor text (a popular children’s book), the children are introduced to the Fearless Dragon Writers’ Original Writing Worksheets where children find playful prompts to support that day’s Writing Concept. These Lessons and Worksheets inspire children to WRITE THEIR OWN CREATIVE STORIES! Lastly, we SHARE our STORIES in a SUPPORTIVE SETTING and PLAY WRITING GAMES—all while learning and laughing together.
There’s no better way to spend time writing than in a Fearless Dragon Writers’ Workshop! The goal: To make writing fun for young writers (ages 8 – 13)—reluctant writers included!

This SECTION MEETS ON SUNDAYS from 4:30 – 6:00 p.m. —IN-PERSON (in Fanwood, New Jersey) from March 23 – May 4, 2025*. All writers (ages 8 – 13) are welcome—Reluctant Writers Included! (*We skip Easter--April 20th.)
